Allergen Information

We can provide current information about the 14 allergens that must be declared by law for each menu item and discuss how your food is prepared.

Please do not use the order-notes box to tell us about an allergy. Notes are designed for ordinary order or delivery instructions and may not be seen early enough to safely answer an allergen question.

Cross-contact

Our food is prepared in a working pizza kitchen where multiple allergens are handled. If you have an allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or another medical dietary requirement, speak to us before ordering so we can explain the current ingredients, preparation process and cross-contact risk.

Gluten-free option

A gluten-free pizza option being available does not by itself mean it is suitable for every person with coeliac disease or a serious wheat/gluten allergy. Please speak to us before ordering so we can explain the current preparation arrangements.

Ingredients can change

Suppliers, recipes and substitute ingredients can change. For that reason, always ask us for the latest allergen information when your allergy or intolerance affects what you can safely eat.
