This notice explains how Poppin' Pizza, operated by Yellow Tortex Ltd, uses personal information when you order from us, use Poppin' Rewards, contact us or use this website.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery address and postcode when you order for delivery.
- Your order, fulfilment preferences and any order notes you choose to provide.
- Your Poppin' Rewards account, order history, credit balance, banked rewards and marketing preference.
- Payment status and transaction references. We do not store your full payment-card details; card payment is handled by SumUp.
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website and account service.
Why we use it
We use your information to take and fulfil orders, process and confirm payments, provide order tracking and customer support, operate Poppin' Rewards, prevent misuse and keep our systems secure. We use your email for marketing only where you have chosen to receive it.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the ordering service, including payment, database/authentication, website hosting and transactional-email providers. This includes SumUp for card payments and services used to host and operate the Poppin' Pizza website and Rewards system. We share only the information reasonably needed for those services.
How long we keep information
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as reasonably required for accounting, tax, complaints, fraud prevention and legal obligations, normally at least six years where company or tax records require it. Rewards account information is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the record.
Marketing
If you opt in, we may email you Poppin' Pizza offers, menu news, occasional discounts and Lucky Thursday reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order, account or security emails.
Cookies and device storage
The site uses storage that is necessary for core functions such as account sign-in, security and the ordering experience. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies on the Poppin' Pizza ordering site. Our payment provider may use necessary security/payment technology when you use the payment form.
Your rights
UK data-protection law gives you rights over your personal information, which may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability depending on the circumstances. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
