Ordering Terms

These terms apply to orders placed directly with Poppin' Pizza through poppinpizza.com. Poppin' Pizza is operated by Yellow Tortex Ltd.

Prices and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for your order. Optional upgrades and add-ons are charged separately and delivery is currently £4 where applicable. Card payments are processed securely by SumUp. An order is not sent to the kitchen until payment is confirmed, unless the full amount is covered by valid Poppin' Rewards credit or another authorised reward.

2 pizzas for £20

When the offer is enabled for the selected trading day, two pizzas are £20 when ordered direct through this website. The offer applies to the base pizza price; optional crust and gluten-free upgrades are charged separately. Delivery orders also qualify when the offer is enabled, with the normal delivery charge added.

Collection, delivery and timings

Collection and delivery availability is shown before checkout and can change if the shop becomes busy or a delivery area is temporarily paused. Quoted and selected times are targets rather than guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them and keep your order status updated.

Delivery

Delivery is currently available to supported postcodes in KA11, KA12, KA13 and KA20, subject to live service controls. A £10 minimum food spend applies to delivery orders before the delivery charge.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Our pizzas and hot food are prepared to order and are perishable. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. This does not affect your statutory rights if food is faulty, unsafe, not as described, missing or otherwise not supplied as agreed. If something is wrong with an order, contact us promptly so we can put it right.

Poppin' Rewards

Rewards, credit and promotional prizes are personal to the member account and may be subject to eligibility, expiry or basket requirements shown in the account or at checkout. Poppin' Pizza may correct balances or rewards where there is an obvious error, duplicate award, abuse or fraudulent activity. This does not affect paid-order or consumer rights.
